Return Policy

Unopened items must be returned within 14 days of receiving to receive credit. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive no credit whatsoever. If you ship it to us after the 14 days we will donate it to charity. Items that are returned opened will be subject to a 25% restock fee . The Bottoms Up Leash has a $9.75 Restock Fee. If an item is not returned in resalable condition no credit will be issued. No shipping costs will be refunded. To receive credit an item must be returned with the complete package and all parts. Any products that have hair on them can be subjected to additional charges. The Neoprene sleeves and plastic clips must be returned to receive credit on the Bottoms Up Leash. Diapers and the Sta-on harness are non-returnable if opened. Dog shoes that are returned must have no wear and tear on them. Refunds will not include shipping costs. Please allow three to five business days for any refund processing.

Please call to receive an authorization number for returns. No item will be given any refund without an authorization number.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX, UPS, OR USPS (with signature or delivery confirmation). Items shipped via US First Class Mail or US Priority Mail will not be accepted.Please include a copy of your invoice with the return authorization Number.

No Credit Will Be Issued Without a Return Authorization Number. Signature delivery confirmation on returned items is Required.
