I received this as an e-mail. This has touched me considerably.

I want to take this moment to thank you for the gift you have given me. My beloved friend, Oakley - a 14 1/2 black lab, was put to sleep yesterday but because of you and your product I was able to put this off for the past 6 months. I contacted you back in February when Oaky couldn't stand due to the progression of her arthritis and Arnie sent me a leash arriving next day.

Arnie was compassionate and understanding of my battle against time and the inevitable. I can not stress how grateful I am for the gift you have given me. The moment the leash arrived Oaks was able to go to the bathroom with out falling over and started to go on walks again. She even worked up to walking with out it on her, all on her own. I am greatly saddened by the loss of my friend but you guys gave me more time to better prepare for it. The 6 months that I had with her can not be expressed monetarily for I would gladly spend everything I have to get another 6 months. Please know you have my eternal gratitude. There is a special place in heaven for you and it is most likely surrounded by the pets you have helped.
